Requirements:
1 Major in engineering is prefer
2 3years of related work experience
3 Good communication in English
4 Skilled in use of Windows software: Word, Excel, PPT
5 Good interpersonal and communication skills
6 Have working knowledge of TS16949/ISO9000
Responsibilities:
1 Following customer quality performance(complaint, PPM)
2 Take containment vs the customer complaint immediately, take preventive/corrective action and feedback to the customer.
3 Arrange and analysis the Scraps and warranty returns from the customers,organize to take preventive/corrective action
4 Process and product control and audit
5 Prepare quality control document relevant
6 Manage the personnel of residents in customer site
