职位描述
A、人事专员岗位职责
1、专业人员职位,在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求,并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务;
2、推行公司各类规章制度的实施;
3、执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和各类规章制度的实施,配合其他业务部门工作;
4、管理劳动合同,办理用工、退工手续;
5、执行招聘工作流程,协调、办理员工招聘、入职、离职、调任、升职等手续;
6、负责管理人力资源相关文件和档案。
任职资格
1、人力资源或相关专业中专(含)以上学历;
2、一年以上人力资源工作经验;
3、熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程,熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策,并能实际操作运用;
4、具有良好的职业道德,踏实稳重,工作细心,责任心强,有较强的沟通、协调能力,有团队协作精神;
5、熟练使用相关办公软件,具备基本的网络知识。
B、行政专员岗位职责
1、客户电话与网络的销售服务与客户拜访、初级销售;
2、收集客户有关信息和需求,不断开发新客户;
3、协助建立企业文化、公司理念;
4、及时跟踪及处理客户反馈,维护客户关系;
5、协助公司娱乐文化活动的组织;
6、其它主管交办事项。
任职资格
1、文秘或管理类相关中专以上学历;
2、从事一年以上企业文员工作经验;
3、熟悉办公室行政管理知识;熟悉办公软件;
4、工作仔细认真、责任心强;
5、有较强的沟通协调能力,有良好的纪律性、团队协助作以及服务创新精神。
C、培训助理岗位职责
1、搜集培训信息,协助制作培训资料;
2、安排和协调培训人员和场地使用时间,发放培训资料;
3、协助培训流程开展,做好培训记录并对学员意见进行收集反馈;
4、整理各项培训资料、归档及统计相关数据,维护和更新培训档案系统;
5、填写培训报表及其他报表;
6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职资格
1、人力资源或相关专业中专(含)以上学历;
2、一年以上培训助理或人事助理经验;
3、熟悉人力资源部门的日常工作流程,熟悉国家的劳动法规;
4、敬业、稳重、严谨,能够熟练处理琐碎复杂的日常工作,并有一定组织管理能力,普通话标准,良好的语言表达、沟通及协调能力,具备一定的文字功底,具有团队合作精神;
5、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件。
A, hr specialist position responsibilities

B, administrative commissioner responsibility
1, customer telephone and network of sales service and customer call, primary sales;
2, collect customer information and demand, and constantly develop new customers;
3, assist to establish corporate culture, corporate philosophy;
4, timely tracking and handling of customer feedback, customer relationship maintenance;
5, assist company entertainment culture activities of the organization;
6, other supervisor assigned by matters.
qualifications
1, technical secondary school or higher and major in secretary or management related;
2, engaged in clerical work of the enterprise more than one year;
3, familiar with office administrative management knowledge; Familiar with office software;

C, training assistant post responsibility
1, collect training information, assist of training materials;
2, arrange and coordinate training personnel and place for the use of time, the distribution of training materials;
3, assist in the training process, completes the training records to collect feedback and advice to students;
4, sorting all relevant training materials, archive and statistics data, maintain and update training records system;
5, fill in the training report and other reports;
6, other administrative work assigned by superior.
qualifications

2, more than one year training assistant or hr assistant experience;
3, familiar with the human resources department daily work processes, familiar with national labor laws and regulations;
