RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Daily sample handling (including T1,T2, T3,T4 samples, quotation samples and order follow up samples) Secure last development.
2, Suggest alternatives in order to reach best quality. Work together with Senior PD Manager on all requests
3, Check fitting/workmanship of the shoes. Send best samples to buyer.
4, Check workmanship, measurements & fitting. Identify problems or potential problems on offer sample/style sample
5, Work proactively and find solutions to solve problems in order to ensure bulk production
6, Coordination including pre-production meeting with QC, PD team in order to secure best shoes for bulk production
7, Share problems with rest of the teams to improve and learn by our mistakes/ from each other
8, Create a good dialogue with buyers and patternmakers in USA.
9, Overview of factory capability with suggestion for sample making to meet buyer's requirements
10, Create a good working relation with suppliers' technicians in order to ensure best final product
11, Educate and support suppliers with the aim of improving high quality

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
1, Bachelor’s degree, major in technical or engineering about shoes is preferred
2, Experience of shoes production in supplier or representative office and experience from sample room
3, Strong in product evaluation and sample development
4, Good command of written and oral English
5, Good communication skill
6, Business minded and Quality conscious
