GENERAL FUNCTION
- Support Sperry Women’s development business and tasks in China.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive the development specs;
- Work with factories to monitor the development issues;
- Involve with different suppliers for samples need;
- Follow on the material testing SOP;
- Assist development manager and Commercialization manager;
- Update development samples schedule;
- Update development stages seasonally;
- Close communication with US team on the samples issues.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Fluent spoken and written English;
- Computer skills;
- Shoes making understanding processes;
- Shoes materials application understanding;
- Minimum, 5 years working experience in shoe’s company.
