1、包材行业销售一年以上经验，对基本销售操作流程有一定了解；
2. 开朗、勤奋、积极向上的心态，富于团队精神，组织纪律性强；
3. 有独立开发客户能力，业务开发手段多样、灵活，工作目标性强、计划性强；
4. 有固定客户资源优先考虑；
5、综合分析客户的产品、目标市场、目标消费者、竞争对手等各方面的状况，按照要求向部门主管拿出市场分析报告；
6、根据业务部的统一部署，挖掘老客户新产品需求信息，扩展现有合作产品的市场份额；完成业务开发的指标。
