Retail Banking and Wealth Management
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Premier Relationship Officer.
In this role, you will:
To identify potential high value customers with large deposits, evaluate customer's need &cross-sell other product, such as Home loan (HML) &Capital Protected Investment (CPI)
To support Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) in delivering high standard of professional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Establish good relationship with existing and walk-in customers
To maintain service enhancement by assisting SRM in cultivating the Sales &Service culture, in ensuring the professional environment of the bank hall and handling difficult situations to customers' satisfaction
To support SRM in implementing Sales &Service plan for the department. Ensures the targets set under Sales &Service programs are met
To contribute to staff training and development
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor degree or above(recognized by the state)
About 3 years' related working experience
Broad knowledge of full range of retail banking and wealth management products and services
Mature and with commercial orientation
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, sociable and able to work under pressure
Good spoken and written English
Good spoken Cantonese can be a plus
Good team player
Well organized
