Job Description:

• Make sure that the quality controllers are following the quality procedures and processes while inspecting production and finished products.
• Assessing the quality controllers’ training needs and reports them to the quality manager.
• Make sure that the corrective action plans validated with the suppliers are implemented in order to improve the quality performances.
• Be the link between the platform and the supplier. Make sure that the quality messages are well spread.
• Help the quality manager to assess the suppliers performances. Especially provide an accurate and detailed feedback about what is going on into the factories.
• Responsible of the quality controllers evaluation.
• Responsible of checking the QC expenses
• China : spend one day a week in the platform to work with the merchandising team and quality analyst.

Requirements

• College graduated with 3 yr or relevant work experience
• A good team player with good communication skills;
• Able to work under pressure and work independently
• Fluent in English and Chinese (speaking & writing)
