JD:
1. Good English writing and speaking.
2. Good computer skill.
3. Good knowledge of international shipping. At least 1 year working experience in trading company or buying office for shipping.
4. Open and good communication skill.
5. Work carefully and in good patience.
6. Female between 21 to 35 years old is preferred.
JR:
1.Push customer to provide all the necessary shipping information once get the new order.
(eg: Forwarder,shipping mode,consginee,notify party,POD, documents requirements etc...)
2.Booking shipping space as per the customer's requirements and the official order required delivery date.
3.Follow the booking status and push forwarder to release S/O.
4.Arrange shipment and prepare full set of shipping documents.
