职位职能: 营运主管 网站营运经理/主管

职位描述：
1、负责淘宝平台上的所有渠道的运营和管理，包括淘宝店，淘宝商城，京东商城、天猫，及其他淘宝渠道；
2.进行淘宝的宣传和推广、提高店铺点击率和浏览量，负责购物网站的网络营销及推广的方案制订并实施完成店铺销售目标；
3.通过策划各类活动，结合各种互联网资源进行有效的广告宣传和促销推广；对促销和推广活动进行追踪，对方案不断进行优化，以达到最佳的效果；
4.每日监控的数据：营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理；
5、进行淘宝店日常维护、产品更新、能独立操作店铺陈列，以增强店铺吸引力、产品销量；
6、维护好客户关系，挖掘老客户的重复购买率；
7、建立和维护好淘宝帮派，发展品牌的忠实用户，宣传品牌理念和文化；

任职要求：
1、年龄在23-35岁，有网店运营二年以上经验；
2、精通网店的运营环境、网店的推广、网店付费广告投放，精通网购营销，熟悉淘宝网会员的购物习惯和购物心理，有淘宝相关资源优先录用；
3、熟悉网络推广、传播方式和渠道分销，熟悉电子商务模式与流程；
4、网店版面策划，执行促销活动，并进行分析和总结；
5、较强的沟通能力，工作规范，条理清晰，有合作精神，有责任心。

We have about 350 staff including 50 superior staff and high-technicist of our factory and we have 9 department of our factory from Knitting dept to Packing dept. We have well-equipped production line including 120 semi-automatic Flat Knitting Machine and 80 computer knitting machine.
Our main market is Europe, France, Denmark, Russia, Spain and other country in Asia like Japan, Korea.
