Key responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
• Performing other HR activities in a structured way in alignment with the Business units
• Handling Employee Relations issues
• Administration and Implementation of organization-wide run programs like Performance Management, Employee Satisfaction Survey etc.
• Administration and Implementation of Compensation and Benefits, including monthly payroll and employee benefits.
• Appropriate legal counsel on personnel matters.
• Planning, organizing and sometimes delivering training programs, including inductions for new staff and other trainings as agreed with the business.
