JD for IE engineer:

Major Area of Responsibilities:

1. Accepting electrical method manager’s working instruction.

2. Analyze existing industrial engineering techniques and develop recommendations for changes to working methods that will minimize costs, and time taken; participate MTM setup and increase yields and productivity.

3. Conducts studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and recommends methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.

4. Provide engineering service and advice to industrial engineering activities; Prepare reports regarding reviews of production methods, equipment layout and equipment and material utilization.

5. Organize, participate and report factory project about lean /six sigma , Kaizen, manufacture excellent action.

6. Participate in rechecking for the effect of method, including for the rationality of using, locating equipments, tools and effect of labor estimate time requirements for each step and total cost of the project.

Requirements:

Education Background:

College / University graduate major in industry engineering or equivalent;

Knowledge of common manufacturing methods and processes

Knowledge of industrial engineering systems and tools

Project management skills and experience

Good communication ability of Mandarin and English; sound PC skills; knowledge of production methods process.

Minimum 1 years hands-on experience.

Experience of Electric industrial Engineering management is an asset.
