Department: Sales & Engineering Department
Report to: Senior Manager of Sales & Engineering Department
Job Summary:
1 During new project acquisition, support sales team (timing, documentation, etc);
2 Kick off new project after nomination, learn project background and project requirement, build project team and make clear the responsibility of each member;
3 Manage project according to customer quality procedures, internal quality procedures and gates;
4 Manage project timing according to customer and internal milestones;
5 Organize and finish related official document, submit them to the customer, and follow customer confirmation progress;
6 Organize and lead project review meeting with all tham members, check project projress, find current open issue, make the action and solution for open issue;
7 According to customer requirement and project progress, regularly visit customer to report project progress, and learn latest information in customer, if necessary updte project plan accordingly;
8 During project development stage, organize regular meeting with customer, arrange customer visiting and audit etc;
9 Regular reporting to top management;
10 Manage project management folder and information; make sure all related documents are latest and effective;
11 After SOP of project, based on exact request, coordinate Engineering change request with customer, and feedback actual customer requirement to initiator of ECR;
12 Other works related to belt tensioner project management and assign by manager.
Responsibility:
1 Manage projects (timing, open issues and problem solving, reporting, etc);
2 Organize communication internally and with customer;
3 Support and arrange customer visiting and audit;
4 Regularly organize project review meeting , positively identify open issue and find solution for each issue, finally resolve it;
5 Reporting to top management to get support from them as well;
6 Coordinate engineering change request (if customer is impacting) in order to support the initiator of ECR.
Requires:
1 Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or material;
2 Over 5 years experience in automotive part project management; (tiers 1 supplier)
3 Fluent English skill
