1.College graduates, in HRM preferred
2.1years working experience in staffing or recruitment function
3.Familiar with labor law and local regulations;
4.Related HR functional skills and knowledge;
5.Good PC skill, e.g. excel, word, PPT;
6.Good communication skill
7.Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
职位职责:Coordinates and administrates a variety of activities covering staffing and training function
1. Work closely with line managers/supervisors to identify accurate recruiting needs
2. Be responsible for the whole recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, on-boarding preparation for indirect staff;
3. Fulfill recruiting plan in time and within budget
4. Develop and maintain effective recruiting resources and channels
5. Support HR Manager to make annual training plan to meet business development
6. Provide support on training activities
7. Be responsible for training record update and follow up training result evaluation
8. Update department training matrix
9. Deliver NEO training
10. Other tasks assigned by HR manager
