工作职责

- 搜寻符合资格的候选人

- 能够主导基于结构化行为问卷（电话/面对面）的面试

- 代表客户以专业的沟通方式将工作机会推荐给适合的候选人

- 及时将候选人的职业经历、技能、优势和不足连同你的评价更新到系统中

- 管理候选人的期望值和整个招聘流程

- 在候选人与客户进行面试前，和候选人做好充分的面试准备

- 与候选人建立良好的关系，并保证他们的档案在数据库里随时更新

工作要求

- 本科学士学位以上，2年以上同行业工作经验

- 良好的人际沟通技巧和展示技巧

- 谦虚，勤奋，有责任心，注重细节

- 具有抗压能力和紧迫感，并能够在规定的期限内完成公司给与的任务

- 成熟的逻辑思维并以结果为导向

- 熟练使用MS Office及良好的英语听说读写能力
