l         Review all information provided by packaging NY, check with Grace back and forth for the questions raised by MR, makers, suppliers and packaging SHO.
l         When MR gets new programs to quote, check with Grace on packaging information, and push.
l         Explain the details to MR, makers, suppliers, help them understand correctly.
l         Keep sourcing professional and qualified packaging supplier.
l         Fill in DEVELOPMENT TRACKING FORM.
FOR CRITICAL ACCOUNTS
l         COSTCO
²    Answer the questions raised by MR, makers, after checking with professional supplier.
²    Recommend PDQ supplier if maker is not confident to their own.
²    Help makers arrange white PDQ/mock up loaded PDQ sample.
l         K-Mart/Target/Wal-Mart -- designated packaging supplier
With the information from packaging NY, ask 3 or more designated suppliers for quoting. Compare the prices and quote to MR.
l         MARKET WEEK
bags, hangers for mock up use communicate with makers or suppliers, order them base on NY team requirements and send to NY.

ORDER FOLLOWING

l         Have critical path meeting with MR, makers after TL issued.
l         Update TL weekly and remind packaging NY of deadline.
l         Track with MR on layout/press proof/packaging sample date, coordinate the packaging process goes smoothly to make it on time.
l         Check all the details of layout/press proof/packaging sample before sending to NY.
l         when packaging sample approved by packaging NY, sign back standard to QC and MR.
l         Check packaging for sales sample.
l         Daily Communication with NY team, MR, makers and suppliers.

For packaging artworks created by customer's designated design house
l         Communicate with design house, send intake sheet / form A, push the artwork creating.
l         Check artwork.
l         Close work with designated design house / printer and NY team, push the artwork to be released in time.
l         Re-quote to designated suppliers.
l         Help makers place the order to the designated printer and push the best delivery date.
l         Help arrange the packaging sample for test purpose/customer approval.
l         Follow up with makers on payment issue, ensure the bulk production on time.

SPECIAL WORK
l         When getting special requirement on packaging, instruct makers to select the proper supplier which is able to reach the requirement. If someone is unable to do, we source in the market and recommend to them.
l         For urgent issues, we go to the printer and supervise the sample making, approving on spot.
