Responsibilities:
职责
Providing technical assessment of customer applications in pre-sales and technical support in post-sales situations.
为客户提供售前售后的的技术支持
Work closely with the sales team and technical team, able to commissioning and maintenance of Cognex product at customer site, quickly report and support technical team analyze a technical problem through customer’s on site testing result, follow the instruction to fine tune the product and support technical team implement a solution to meet the customers’ requirements.
与销售和技术团队密切合作，能够为客户调试和维护Cognex的产品，快速做好技术报告，支持技术通过客户的现场测试结果分析问题，，按照指令调试产品，支持技术团队找到一个满足客户需求的方案。
Provide front-line technical on-site support. Interface and coordinate with sales and technical team to meet customers’ satisfaction.
为现场提供一线技术支持，作为公司与客户的桥梁，协调销售和技术团队,令客户满意。
Conduct product training courses in Chinese to customers.
在中国为客户做产品培训。
This position requires almost 45-75% cross-region travel time, any candidate should be willing to travel at short notice.
接受短期的出差，有45-75%是要跨区域工作的。
Qualifications:
