Summary of Client:
Our client is active in the sales and service for one of the very famous luxury car brands.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct training needs analysis and assist in formulating training plan.
2. Execute training plan and post training follow up and feedback.
3. Organize sales and CS training and management training for staff of diverse profiles.
4. Organize and conduct Induction / Orientation Program.
5. Organize and coordinate various kinds of training, internally and externally and carry out post training follow up and training effectiveness follow up.
6. Participate actively in cultural building and employee engagement programs.
7. In charge of training system and training database management and enhancement.
8. Responsible for development and delivery of training programs on as needed basis.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree holder and most preferred in the disciplines of HR, business management and psychology.
2. With minimum five years and above relevant experience in MNC or sizeable corporations.
3. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Strong presentation, coordination and communication skills.
5. Computer literate.
6. People oriented, initiative and a team player.
7. Mature and independent, with can-do and open mindset.
