Job Description:
Hansecontrol Dongguan is searching for an experienced EMC Lab Manager to manage the operation of our new EMC lab in Southern China. Candidates will be working as lab manager in conjunction with established lab staff. Product Knowledge of IT equipment and wireless product is crucial.

Responsibilities will include planning scheduling and coordinating testing schedule & plans; communicating progress to management. EMC testing knowledge is a must. Candidates need to have prior management experience.
- Manage daily flow of projects through the lab and assign tasks to technicians

- Interface with project engineers to ensure that scheduled testing meets client objectives.
- Develop technician skill sets through the use of goal oriented training plans.
- Monitor and support training progress to ensure that technicians are qualified to execute their assigned tasks and that they continue to become qualified for new tasks. Train technicians on proper test methods and common mistakes/problems.
- Apply for national and international lab accreditation schemes.
- Monitor data generated by the technician team to ensure clarity and accuracy. Resolve data inconsistencies attributable to measurement methods.
- Consult with client to develop test solutions based on commonly accepted EMC test methods.
- Manage requests from Sales and other assigned project activities.
- Serve as company liaison on specific projects with sales representatives, account coordinator as well as customers.
- Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

Requirements:
- BSEE/MSEE
- Minimum of 5 years in ITE, wireless communication equipment design/applications or/and EMC lab.
- Understanding of various intentional radiator including Wireless LAN, GSM, CDMA, Bluetooth type products.
- Familiar with general EMC standards including EN55022, EN55024 and other generic EMC standards.
- Experience of setting up EMC Laboratory and related troubleshooting knowledge is highly recommended.
- Willing to locate in or nearby Dongguan area.
- Languages: Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking. Fluent Mandarin reading, writing, and speaking is recommended.
