Responsibilities:
？Provide secretarial and administrative support to the regional management team on visa application, travel reservation, work permit/residence certificate review, etc issues;
？Organize regional meetings per regional management requirements and provide administrative support for the whole process, follow up with meeting minutes and action plans as necessary;
？Translation and publication for regional announcement and other important memorandums or documents;
？Receiving, tracking, and coordination to proceed the documents to be signed by regional Director;
？Office equipments and other NPR related purchase;
？Other assistance work assigned by regional Director.

Requirements:
？College or above degree,
？Fluent spoken and written English;
？5 years above experience on administration management or executive support in multinational companies;
？Good communication and coordination skills, good team player, fast reaction;
？Systematic and logic thinking;
？Computer skills of MS office, especially excel and PPT.
