Main Tasks

1.Support Plant Manager in all financial, treasury and taxation matters of the plant including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, write reports interpreting the results;;

2.Develop internal control policy and procedure for the plant; perform and enhance internal control across the plant, ensure that the practices are compliant with corporate policy;

3.Ensure timely and accurate monthly management reports and weekly reports are in compliance with GAAP, statutory and group policies; work out action plan and follow up on the key issues;

4.Lead and develop a finance team to maintain an accurate, effective and efficient accounting/finance system;

5.Train and develop team member;

6.Supervise IT function.

Qualification:

-Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Masters degree in Finance

-8 to 10 years of professional experience, according to the size of the site

-Industrial controlling experience and strong accounting knowledge

-Team management experience and a strong sense of teamwork

-Business minded

-Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills
