Qualification:

Implement quality procedures and system and monitor the quality control activities with the objective of ensuring the product quality to meet customers and corporate's quality requirements within TE standards and Quality Manager's directions.
- Bachelor Degree
- 6 years quality working experience in MNC including 2 years managerial experience
- Interpersonal skills, communication skills, accountability, integrity, coordination and team building abilities
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 is a strong plus+

Responsibility:

Policies and Procedures
(i)Implement quality policies, procedures and systems;
(ii)Develop quality procedures In order to ensure the business procedures in line with QS and global standards
People Management and Development
(i) Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports;
(ii) Review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports;
(iii) Mentor, develop and motivate them;
(iv) Help resolve people/functional issues in the team In order to achieve targeted team performance and retain talent.
Quality Engineering
(i) Coordinate customers complaints handling process;
(ii) Review customer complaints corrective and preventive action plan in order to ensure the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive action plan.
(iii) Review product quality performance, and develop process quality improvement plan and monitor the implementation;
(iv) Handle key quality issues in production In order to improve product quality performance.
External Audit
Involve in external audit in order to ensure audit process smoothly.
