工作职责：
- 协助管理层进行现场安防日常工作的进行
- 严格按照公司安防制度进行安防工作的监督管理
- 协助进行风险管理和应急行动管理
- 进行必要的调查工作并提供调查报告
- 紧急情况下需在紧急处理时间内到达现场


岗位要求：
- 至少5-10年的保安管理工作经验
- 在保安行业有良好记录优先
- 对生产性企业的制造过程有一定了解
- 熟悉当地法律法规
- 能够用普通话、粤语以及英语进行口头和书面交流

Responsibilities
- Assist the management and security in-charge to deal with day-to-day security operations in the production plant
- Execute the Company’s security procedure and monitor the execution and effectiveness day-to-day
- Assist in crisis management and contingency planning
- Conduct investigation and prepare statements / incident reports
- Provide Instruction to security personnel to handle the security tasks
- Communicate with internal staff and external parties
- 5 Days work, need to work during normal office hour, weekend and public holiday if any emergency

Requirements:
- At least5-10 years management experience in related field
- Good record in Guarding working experience would be an advantage
- Good Knowledge in production plant operations
- Familiar with local security knowledge and regulations
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Cantonese (Both verbal and written)
- Be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and good leadership skills
