Regional Sales Manager/区域销售经理

工作职责：

- 负责本区域KPI的设定，包括为所有渠道和每个城市设定重点和目标，与销售团队进行充分沟通，确保达成区域整体销量、销售额及新客户的增长，实现区域业务目标

- 实施渠道战略,以确保并提高现有城市的门店覆盖率

- 保证所有门店的陈列按照《门店陈列手册标准》优异执行

- 执行总部的商务推广及市场活动

- 管理分销商及本地大客户，控制零售价格，避免窜货

- 设定目标并监督执行CRM活动计划，制定并实施招募和转化活动

- 管理及批准预算，并评估支出的成效

- 对区域内的城市经理进行招募、指导、培训、发展和激励

- 了解客户的需求，与客户建立与维护良好的关系

工作要求:

- 大学本科毕业

- 8年以上FMCG行业背景，其中3年以上团队管理经验

- 熟悉传统通路、现代通路及经销商管理

- 具备优秀的销售技巧，善于人际沟通

- 良好的抗压能力，能够适应不断变化的组织结构及生意环境

- 大学英语四级，良好的英文阅读、书写能力
