职位描述
Job Responsibility
1,Account Management
Ensures proper post-launch management of customer business by ensuring continued customer satisfaction and paving the way for future sales
Manages customer scorecard
Maintains MFG Pro.
Resolves ordering anomalies
Executes product changes and managing obsolescence
Manages aftermarket orders
Contract management, including:
Cost/price change requirements due to volume fluctuation
VA/VE management
Managing relationships with tiered customers
Develops high-level strategic relationships within existing and new customers with a focus on competitive immunity.
Assesses decision makers needs and delivers the appropriate offerings / value while generating demand within existing and new customers without coaching.
Ensures that the organization manages and delivers upon all customer contracted agreements.
Keeps Purchasing,Materials,and Manufacturing informed of forecasted volume changes and project build out intentions to manage the transition of end of program balance out.
2,Program Management
Proficient in understanding and communicating all organization and product capabilities,value,and technical details to the customer.
Utilizes internal resources effectively.
Manages successful transition and/or development of strategic opportunities with existing and new customers.
Acts as the primary interface between the customer and design engineering in procuring and documenting design and customer specific requirements related to the development process.
Assists in procuring material / component details and pricing relative to the product or program.
Develops understanding of customer specific and governmental regulations specific to product or program needs.
Reviews all product or program engineering releases / changes and notifies the customer when required.
Monitors engineering related activities and releases to ensure product or program design / cost objectives are met.
Manages all after–sales requirements.
Manages and effectively resolves all customer complaints.
Assists engineering,quality,customer service,logistics,and accounting in procuring information and/or resolving issues.
Provides management team with product or program status updates on a regular basis.
Orchestrates cross-functional Grakon resources, with responsibility defined in the Grakon RASIC, to deliver on the contractual obligations defined in the original contract.
Identifies potential risks and guides the team to implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce or eliminate containment and premium freight.
Prevents scope creep, or "elegance creep,"that is beyond the original contractual agreement, from the customer without proper adjustments in cost, price, timing and quality parameters.
Presents the status of the project to senior management, for update and guidance, in the context of conformance to APQP processes and completing tasks related to each phase of a project.
Works with Finance to track cost and price changes to ensure initial margins are preserved or improved.
Manages the customer to ensure there is no gap between actual and expected delivery.
3,Sales
Manages the business pipeline to clearly understand forecasted wins.
Targets business for which Grakon has a high confidence level of being awarded.
Establishes the strategic use for the limited Sales resources.
Establishes and gains approval for strategic pricing that maximizes margin.
Guides activities to support responding to customer requests for quotation.
Forms long term customer relationships throughout the Sales process.
Delivers timely communication of all customer, contractual, and after-sales requirements throughout the organization.
Ensures the organization is aware of what is required to deliver on all customer contractual obligations.
Forecasts future sales based on targeted business and confidence level.
Identifies responsibility for post-launch Account Management duties inherent in customer relations.
Ensures high customer satisfaction levels and resolve any negative issues or perceptions.
Establishes competitive immunity at all key customers, ensuring any RFQ's are procedural and Grakon is coached through the process to business award.

Education:Bachelors Degree
Experience: Minimum 4 years of business related experience
