Job responsibilities:
1. Work close with merchandizing team to develop safe, good quality and reliable product.
2. Responsible for all elements of quality assurance, sample review and risk assessment during project development.
3. Responsible for certification, safety and regulatory compliance for products to EU.
4. Responsible for product testing and methodology. Failure analysis with root cause and correction action.
5. Prepare product specification and sample review report in English.
6. Evaluate new suppliers’ quality systems and identify the corrective actions
7. Perform in-line during mass production, defect cause analysis, improvement and follow up in order to achieve on-time delivery, good product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
? Engineering/Technical/Quality education background.
? 5 years relevant experience in bags industry.
? Good knowledge in bag’s material and construction.
? Experience in production monitoring and follow up.
? Sound quality problem solving skills.
? Knowledge of European safety and legal standards.
? Knowledge of product durability and functional testing standards.
? Experience of QMS audit.
? Pleasant and outgoing personality.
? Good communication & negotiation skills.
? Fluent in Mandarin (and Cantonese preferable)
? Good English reading and writing.
? Willing to live and work in Dongguan/Chang Ping
