职位描述
Job Scope:
？ Conduct Supplier audit, quality standard requirement implementation in supplier.
？ Design or co-design the product of headset.
？ Headset design review and improvement, communicate with DK mechanical team and supplier, analyze prototype, moldflow simulation and DFM report, optimize product design for manufacture, assembly, test, operation, etc.
？ Special process or difficult parts for molding risk evaluation and control.
？ Verify and approve mechanical parts, participate tooling trial, prepare issue report and recommendation, coordinate DK team and supplier for problem solving.
？ Monitor product build & prepare technical analysis report for mechanical & assembly issues, recommend solution and verify improvement result.
？ Assist supplier to design and verify assembly and test equipments, fixtures, review inspection criteria and WI.
？ Documents work for different project stage: 2D&3D drawing check, datasheet,measurement report, BOM, tooling specification, etc.
？ Issue ECO for mechanical changes after PP
？ Support tool management from approval to EOL.
Qualifications:
Work in Dongguan Area
University degree or above, major of mechanical design or related.
At least 5 years work experience in mechanical design with electrical product (headset knowledge will be
considered a great plus)
Proficient in Pro/E, good presentation ability with office software.
Familiar with engineering material, such as plastics, metal and package.
Be good at process of plastics injection, die-casting, stamping.
Knowledge with parts surface treatment, such as print, paint, plating, UV coating, hot-stamping,
electrophoresis, etc.
Skilled with DFMEA, PPAP, SPC, etc quality tool.
Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
Good communication skill
Personality: team work spirit, detail & result-oriented, open, creative, proactive, sense of concentration
Able to Travel frequently
Able to understand and adapt to the multicultural
