Job Description:

-Assist Factory General Manager to lead the factory daily operations;
-Directs and oversees efforts in production planning, order management, administration & HR support, maintenance and repairs, IT system as well as quality assurance;
-Monitor production plan, quality and on-time delivery;
- Coordinating other function managers in planning and implementing quality programs that lead to continuous improvement in quality, cost and overall efficiency;

Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diplomas in Textiles & Clothing/ Production/ Manufacturing Management or relevant discipline;
- At least 10 years solid woven shirt and knit top manufacturing management experience in sizable manufacturing companies;
- Familiar with quality control and requirements of US or European markets;
- Self-motivated, analytical mind, team player and good communication skills;
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese;
-Station in China;
