Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Production Manager in garment production from paper pattern to finishing as well as sample room
- Provide technical guidance and training to floor supervisors and workers
- Assist in production planning and related arrangement
- Focus on production quality, line balancing and out put
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in garment related disciplines
_At least 15 years solid experience in PRC garment production with minimum 5 years experience in supervisory level specialized in woven shirt as well as cut and sewn tops
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and problem-solving techniques
- Good command of spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese
- Station in Dongguan
