Job Responsibilities:
- Assistant Factory General Manager to identify and implement standard operation procedures in order to improve efficiency and cost saving
- Conduct studies on the operation processes across all functional divisions
- Identify and develop the standard operation procedures
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Statistics, Business Management or related disciplines
- Experience in developing SOP or equivalent, organizing cross functional data, summarizing and handling communications with cross functional departments
- Certificate or trainings in Six Sigma or similar program in efficiency improvement or development of SOPs
- Candidate with garment manufacturing experience is preferred
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Working across divisions to identify and develop the operation process
- Good command of spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese
- Station in Dongguan
