General Purpose of the Job

The position is created to place and follow orders execution in factory in order to insure high DIFOT and to timely communicate with CS department on all discrepancies between plan and actual.

Responsibilities:

1, collect orders from CS department and check that all information required are available in order to insure a smooth production run.

2, timely confirm ETD to CS department (max 24 hours) in order to update Customer about ETD.

3, timely maintain the status of all order are on time, in both quantity and quality in order to timely inform CS department of any potential deviation from Original ETD.

4, ensure that factory respects original confirmed ETD’s to plan production input.

5, prepare and provide daily report including Output, Deviation in DIFOT, WIP, Order book situation.

Requirements:

1, good English in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.
2, computer Literate (Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
3, ability to work under pressure securing on time completion.
4, graduated from College or university. 2 years of experience is a minimum.
5, self motivated and results driven.
