Title: Purchasing supervisor
Immediate Supervisor: Site manage China
Subordinates: 1 buyer
Internal contact: Manufacturing, Technique, Financial, Quality, etc.
External contact: Suppliers

Responsibility:

1) Develop and evaluate potential suppliers for Steels, glass wool, rock wool, spare parts, toolings; regarding services prices and supplying terms to establish long-term relationship with suppliers.
2) To identify and maintain cost-effectiveness for the most supplying channels.
3) To coordinate between suppliers and inter-departments to generate a cost –effective solution for the company.
4) Negotiate with suppliers for pricing, delivery lead time and payment terms.
5) To monitor the ordered goods to ensure delivery and product quality within an acceptable time frame

Skills:
1) University graduate or above.
2) Must have a minimum of 3 years experience regarding the steels, glass wool, spare parts in multi-national company .
3) Competent in negotiating and assessment of vendors.
4) Good written and communication skills and required.
5) Should be well-organized and complete the tasks on time.
