我们的客户是一家专业生产高档皮具产品为主的大型港资集团公司，产品主要销往欧美市场，主要客户有Coach、DB、Burberry、GAP等世界顶尖手袋品牌。
Job summary 工作概要：
根据实际订单及生产排期，统筹及合理地安排本部门同事的工作，处理突发异常状况，确保所有订单快速顺畅地交货，安全收汇。
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. 负责出口部所有工作程式的正常运行，包括订舱、运输安排及所有议付档的最终审核等。
2. 与跟单部及生产部其他相关部门紧密联系，确保公司所有订单的准时、顺利交货。
3. 协调并处理工作中发生的突发异常情况。
4. 审核及确认拖车费及运输过程中出现的各种异常费用。
5. 合理安排下属的工作，领导下属及时细心地处理出货文件，完成工作任务。
6. 培训下属，提高各方面的能力，更好地为本公司服务。
7. 完成上司交办的各项工作任务。
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. 大专以上学历。
2. 五年以上船务经验，其中三年以上船务操作管理相关工作经验。
3. 熟悉出口船务操作，并懂得密切联系及时订舱、拖车等业务。
4. 能处理操作中发生的突发事件，将损失降到最低。
5. 具有良好的沟通、协调能力。
6. 英语读、写流利。
