东莞招聘

University graduate preferably
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Minimum 8 years solid experience in factory audits
Good experience in factory auditing with customers (CSR, quality process)
Good experience or knowledge in helping China factories to pass the audit procedures of clients
Good experience with China labor law, SA 8000, ICTI.
Coordinate, implement & follow up internal audit and 3rd party audit.
Responsible for factory audit and QC process
Manage a small team of auditors
Frequent China trip needed
Good interpersonal skills to contact directly overseas customers and suppliers
Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently
Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
Pleasant and outgoing personality
Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Willing to live and work in Dongguan/Chang Ping
