Responsibility:

1. Monitor process performance indices and establish good controls to maintain process performance. Oversee and ensure that all critical nodes for quality indices are met；
2. Improve processes using quality improvement tools and other statistical tools；
3. Improve productivity by introducing automated processes and designing fixtures/jigs；
4. Work on labor time and scrap reduction projects by developing new processes, optimizing processes and introducing new materials；
5. Transfer/Start up new processes that involve process characterization and development；
6. Manage and coordinate technicians to play daily production supporting roles effectively and also helping engineers in evaluations；
7. Develop and maintain engineering documentations；


Requirements:
1. Degree holder in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering;
2. Over 3 years engineering experience;
3. Possess knowledge of statistical process control and analytical skills, eg. Sigma, DOE, GR&R and knowledge of conducting PFMEA.
4. Good Command of English.
5. Familiar with SAP、AutoCAD software.
