Responsibilities:

*Steering of supply chain, quality, & customer service.
Oerational financials, costs between contribution margin and gross profit including freight in/out, warehousing, warranty, air freight, obsolescence, fixed overhead, and customer service.
*Supply chain performance including supplier management for on time delivery, global sales and operations planning leadership, order fill rates, backorders, inventory turns, purchase order releases, allocation process, forecast accuracy, and excess inventory management.
*Quality performance including supplier quality management and design quality with metrics of warranty and regional AQL (receiving inspection). SQE manages supplier quality from PV through EOL. Design quality from EV to PV.
*Customer service including global, regional, and on-line. *Manage average handling time, abandon rate, average speed to answer, first contact resolution, and top inquiries/resolutions. Also manage spare parts.
*NPI quality through entire process and supply management at PV hand-off. Partially responsible for on time NPI as well as moving product through Gate 2 process.


Requirements:
*BS/MS Engineering or Supply Chain Management related (Masters preferred).
*Over 15 years of experience in supply chain & operations in mainland China/APAC region, sound leadership skills.
*Consumer electronics industry and/or RnD centre exposure are preferences.
*Ability of managing the diversity of internal and external team in functions and cultures to get things done.
*Able to decipher the appropriate execution strategy to ensure suppliers follow our needs and requirements from various functional constituencies.
*Able to manage and drive the team to consistently work towards achieving the following critical KPIs ( Fulfillment KPI matrix ;NPI launch targets )
