Responsibilities:
*Direct Manage engineering team include EE and ME on professional audio product development.
*Manage cross functional teams (engineering, NPI and marketing) through a phase gate development process.
*Manage project timelines (Gantt) task based schedules.
*Insure accurate product documentation for in-house and ODM supplier design.
*Conduct regular team meetings, establishing action items and due dates for activities of Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Supplier, etc.
*Act as Team Leader and project spokesperson (in conjunction with Management) as final arbitrator in Team decision.
*Insure product collaterals such as photo samples, carton artwork, user manuals and other product literature are developed, reviewed and released for production.
*Coordinate timely submission of Safety Agency samples on electronic items.
*Provide regular project reports showing status of each project in development.
*Track progress of cost, budget and timing for each project, reporting any variances and suggesting ways to bring project back to plan.
*Ensure product concept is preserved, requested performance and application requirements of the product are met, and appearance and packaging standards are adhered to.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or BSME/BSEE or equivalent technical degree desirable.
*3+ years of previous project management experience in consumer electronics products industry and 7+ electronics product design experience.
*Strong digital/analog hardware hands on skill and debugging skill.
*Previous project budgeting and resources loading knowledge/experience.
*Manual dexterity and lifting ability needed to receive and unpack, and/or build up and pack samples as needed.


What are desired:
*Project management experience in the audio industry is preferred.
*Experience on managing 6+ EE and ME.
*Must be able to multi-task and have good written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong leadership, management and decision making skills.
*Project management professional certification (PMP) desirable.
*Ability to manage multiple projects effectively at one time.
*Fluent verbal & written in English.
