POSITION SUMMARY
我们的客户是一家大型的内资家电企业,产品主要出口日本,具有非常成熟的产品技术。

POSITION DESCRIPTION
1、 规划公司销售系统的整体运营、业务方向,领导团队建设
2、 制定市场的经营前景规划和市场设计工作
3、 塑造企业形象
4、 制定和贯彻企业的产品策略及政策,对公司产品的价格浮动提出建议
5、 负责搜集市场资料,进行深入的市场分析,提供市场运作的方向性建议
6、 依据公司整体战略,组织制定营销战略规划,组织全国市场销售推广工作
7、 依据公司整体销售目标,提交销售计划方案,监督实施销售全过程,完成销售任务
8、 对市场营销的总体费用进行控制
9、 建立、健全各项规章制度,推动公司销售系统管理的规范化、科学化和不断进步
10、对下属人员进行考核
11、培训市场营销人员,建设和管理高素质的营销团队, 指导其完成公司计划、市场营销任务
12、组织对公司客户的销售服务,与技术部联络以取得必要的技术支持
13、对重要部门进行公关项目进行整体管理
14、负责协调涉及市场活动的各种关系
15、组织公司产品和竞争对手产品在市场上销售情况的调查
16、关注宏观经济形势、国家经济、金融政策调整以及行业发展动态
17、综合客户的反馈意见,撰写市场调查报告,提交公司管理层

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1、全日制本科以上学历,10年以上从事家电类销售工作经验,6年以上全国性销售管理工作经验,有较强的沟通能力和语言表达能力,有较强的团队合作意识;
2、有较强的市场开发和维护能力,对渠道渗透能力强,具备良好的操作经验;
3、培训:战略管理、战略市场营销、变革管理、管理能力开发、财务管理等方面的培训
4、技能/能力:
a. 具有较强的组织、计划、控制、协调能力和人交往能力及较高的谈判技巧,能够带
领一个团队进行高效市场拓展工作
b. 具有敏锐的市场感知、把握市场动态和市场方向的能力,对本行业的发展和市场
有深刻的理解,十分熟悉本行业业务和各大服务厂商
c. 有密切的媒体合作关系,具备大型活动的现场管理能力
d. 熟悉各种商业合同,能够代表公司对外谈判并签订合作合同及协
e. 能够独立制订市场开发及推广实施计划,制定并实施市场营销策略及预算,指导市
场调查,并根据市场调查报告作出方向性建议并对市场人员进行培训和督导
f. 具备较强的客户开发能力和客户管理经验

Working as a Recruitment Researcher/Talent Finder, located in either Shanghai or Beijing, (we have vacancies in both locations) the role encompasses working as part of a dedicated team comprising both Consultants and Researchers who are responsible for finding, evaluating and short listing candidates to fill exciting employment opportunities with our established client base.
