工作内容：
1、负责宣导和完善部门有关PMC方面ISO文件和管理制度，明确PMC人员职责；
2、负责销售订单评审，综合协调生产及销售计划；
3、负责综合调整部门各车间生产能力，当无法满足交期时，提前提出申请；
4、负责制定并审查生产计划，以使公司产能得到最大的利用，确保产、供、销平衡；
5、负责对生产计划的各项进度的检查，当生产、物料出现异常时进行协调及处理；
6、负责管理物料组，对物料进度、物料损耗的监控与跟踪；库存量的控制，呆废料的预防、控制及处理；
7、就本部门有关问题与其它部门进行沟通、协调并对直接领导负责。

任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，4年以上PMC主管工作经验；
2.有ERP计划系统管理经验；
3.英语书写及口语流利；
4.有很强的逻辑思维和沟通协调能力；
5.熟悉电动车产品生产流程，掌握生产计划管理的特点和要求。
