1. 负责进出口报关及清关过程的跟踪与沟通和协调。如海关查验时现现场跟踪与沟通以确保进出口货物能顺利和及时的完成。

2. 根据公司的业务需求，负责某些客户的进出口报关及单证工作。

3. 货物进出口信息的归档与整理并且完成物货进出口报报。

4. 负责与宁波赫曼米勒团队进行沟通与配合，对TOLL模式下运送宁波工厂的产品在东莞处进行发货安排与协调节并跟踪物货的运输状况。

5. 负责对东莞发宁波货物的信息统计与核对并形成相应的报表。

6. 按时完成部门主管或经理安排的其它一些相应的工作与任务。

Responsible for import&export customs declaration following up at DGSH, such as customs inspection on site support and coordinating, to ensure import and export going smoothly and timely.
Responsible for Export customs declaration for some customers' shipment while our business need or request.
Import and export shipment information collection and reporting.
Responsible for following up and communication with Ningbo HM for Toll process Shipment between DG to NB at DGSH side including transportation monitoring for shipments from DG to NB .
Checking and statistics of shipments from DG to NB and maintaining relevant reports
