Triage is looking for a PMC manager for their EMS client in China. Our client is global MNC specialized in product design & development for advanced engineered soft-goods, mobile device storage & accessories.They offer fully integrated supply chain services.
JOB SUMMARY
Oversee whole Planning and direct materials controlling functions for both mass production and new developing product. On fulfill management side, to manage demand by SIOP and capacity plan; develop and update Master Production Plan; deploy down to workshop and cell scheduling; and coordinate all resources to make sure products are supplied to customers on time. On materials management side, generate materials requisition plan and manage procurement from PO to receiving. Also manage overall inventory from materials in transit until VMI finish good in global hubs.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
? Responsible for the development and implementation of the company's production control functions including SIOP, capacity plan, master scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling, and dispatching. ?
? Develops, implements, and approves items such as material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting.
? Plan and schedule production activity to meet sales demands and forecasts,coordinate with all related Departments to make sure shipment can meet the requirement of end customers that includes but not limits to Manufacturing Capacity, Material Availability, Lead-time, Manpower, approval from necessary department and anticipating any problem that may arise to hinder us to meet customers’ shipment requirement.?
? Define the right Master Production Schedule organization structure to cope with the expansion plan of Biz and targeting 100% OTD performance.?
? Maintain and update all necessary information of the ERP system as required and ERP is running smoothly that can meet Production and Material requirement. This includes but not limited to review BOM (Bill of Material), ECN (Engineering Change Notice), MPS (Master Production Schedule)).?
? Manage materials inventory within target level throughput the whole supply chain
? Manage daily materials consumption balance to recognize any losing and E&O materials control within target liability.
? Provide strong leadership to Planning Team, Materials team for effective strategy implementation, identify staff training needs and coach the staff to bring them to the right level of competence.?
? Generate and analyze management reports related to material and production planning in an accurate and timely manner.?
? Anticipate and resolve any foreseeable problem that may hinder the production from meeting customer’s delivery requirement.
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? New develop product building planning and materials procurement
? Monthly and weekly reporting to top management and daily communication / escalation window to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor degree prefer in engineering or commercial discipline
? 10 year PMC Experience of which latest 3+ years in PMC manager role.
? Fluent in English (writing, speaking)
? Sensitive to number and details
? Well excel and PPT and presentation ability
? Well communication working in an international and multicultural team.
? Working knowledge of capacity planning, production planning and inventory control in manufacturing environment.?
? Familiar with ERP system application.

? Logic thinking, systemic solution finding and sounds execution ?to make things done
? Result orientation as well as detail focal whenever need
? Perfect communication and leadership skills.?
