Position Overview - QA Manager:
Our company is an International Developer and Producer of Infant Toys. We have been launching innovative infant products to the international market for the past 20 years.
The Quality Assurance Manager is ultimately responsible for the planning, inspection, management and direction for all quality activities and support services within the fabrication facilities of our production and NPI Qualityactivities

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure all fabrication projects adhere to project specific requirements and schedules
Managing a team of QC inspectors
Supervision of company QA policies and standards in our sub-contractors fabrication facilities
Create and manage weekly schedules to ensure quality standards and ensure shipments inspections are done successfully on-time
Create and manage a quality documentation and control system based on internal company checklists along with International Standards.
Establish internal and external pre-fabrication meetings.
Develop, implement and maintain integrated production metrics to promote continuous improvement focusing on quality, production efficiency, and shipments delivery

Required Qualifications /Skills:
Proficient in English- both writing and speaking
Minimum of five years quality leadership responsibility in the Toy /Infant Products industry
Ability to examine process details and analyze inspections and audits to improve overall product quality
Basic understanding of shop floor processes: Product assembly process with matrix of plastics, textiles, metals, electronics and gear.
Proven management skills of managing a QC team
Strong acquaintance and understanding of International Toy fabrication standards; ASTM, EN, JFSL etc.
Proven experience in manufacturing standards such as:CCC,ICTI,ISO 9002,REACH,ROHS
Experienced with an International working environment
