Responsibilities:
1.Maintain communications with supply chain participants to ensure customers expectations are met;
2.Daily review and categorization of email, intervention, fax requests, accounts follow-up, purchase orders, procedure revisions, invoicing and pre-advice alert;
3.Confirm receipt and response to contact's request for information on the day of receipt;
4.Reply to all inquiries within 24 hours;
5.Ensure distribution of email correspondence is accurate and complete;
6.Coordinate and distribute or SLI purchase order information when received from the customer;
7.Advice transportation and service providers of customer requirements;
8.Keep customer advised of cargo status (all modes);
9.Provide transit time, underlying carrier and frequency when requested by customer;
10.Continuously seek opportunities for improvement through correspondence and apply them to the process;
11.Communicate problems and / or opportunities to the Regional Customer Manager and / or CPM for process / procedure evaluation.

Requirements:
1.A minimum of 3 years experience in Logistics/shipping/airfreight service role. Lead logistics provider experience preferred;
2.A Diploma or degree in logistics or a relevant field;
3.Knowledge of business processes as practices by the user community;
4.Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
5.Strong presentation and meeting skills;
6.Strong written and verbal communication skills;
7.Good customer relationship and customer care skills to maintain customer satisfaction;
8.Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and orally;
9.Able to achieve results through influencing others, needs a strong record of delivering concrete results & achievements;
10.Customer and end-user focused and empathy;
11.Commitment to teamwork and sensitivity to cultural differences are essential.
