职位描述：

Provide daily publishing operations & maintenance support to .com websites and other online/social media assets.

Ensure all tasks are delivered /performed adherence to HP Web Standard and Policies.

Must acquire in- depth knowledge of various HP templates, process & publishing platforms operations and apply to daily assignment in order to optimize the efficiency & productivity, timely delivery and quality manner.

职位要求：

1.Bachelor’s (undergraduate) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS Industrial Engineering or industry related discipline

2.At least 1 ~ 2 years of working experience in the Information Technology, Computer industry and/or Online Marketing

3.Excellent command of English language (both spoken and written)

4.Proficiency in Japanese (both spoken & written) is a MUST

5.Able to speak & write other Asian and/or European languages is added-advantage

6.Attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, self-motivated and possess can-do attitude

7.Ability to manage multiple project operations/assignments simultaneously

8.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and other web software/application9.Basic web development skills in HTML programming, Java scripting, PHP and Database

9Good knowledge in web design trend in Japan (inc. Font style, line break and text spacing)

10.Good knowledge in respective BU businesses in Japan and terminologies they use

11.Good knowledge in Japanese audience preference acceptance in design

12.Accurate reading and writing skill set of Japanese for the quality assurance in the creating process

13.Good communication & interpersonal skill

14.Ability to work independently and under pressure

15.Good team player and willing to work in virtual team environment

SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

1.Working hours: 8:00 a.m. (Beijing Time) ~ 5:00 p.m. (Beijing Time)

2.May require to attend evening meeting/training/concalls upon request

3.Shift duty is required during local holiday upon request

4.Flexible to job rotation upon business needs
