JD：

? Manage day to day tasks and endeavors across multiple multi-million dollar projects

? Support User Acceptance Testing projects or initiatives of various size, scope and global reach as assigned by management

? Develop and manage project plans in support of Project Leads or other project stakeholders for large, cross-functional projects as well as smaller projects.

? Actively participate in strategy, planning and Senior Management meetings.

? Manage interdependencies to ensure the success of all projects.

? Effectively operate in a multi-faceted and constantly changing environment, with the responsibility for management of multiple project tracks of changing scope and priority on a frequent basis, without the aid of static technical requirements documents.

? Effectively and efficiently operate in a deadline driven environment in order to meet the “live-to-market” dates.

? Focused balance between quality and delivery

? Ensure the USER ACCEPTANCE TEST Methodology is followed on all projects

REQUIREMENTS：

? Strong Project Management / Organizational Skills

? Ability to Manage and Deliver Multiple Concurrent Projects

? Flexibility to adjust and deliver against changing priorities

? Excellent Written, Verbal and Interpersonal Skills

? Industry and Product Knowledge

? Analytical Thinker / Continuous Process Improvement

? Demonstrated Leadership, Motivation, and Influence Skills

? Strong PC Skills and ability to learn and analyze impact of new systems

? Cash Business knowledge

? Education: BA Required, MBA/Project Mgmt Candidate preferred

? 10-15 years of managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance industry

? 10 years in a professional management role

? GTS experience preferred
