?Responsibilities:
Accurately track and maintain the clinical systems(timeline, budget, study progress and share point) of the trial and check to see whether project timelines/payment and track site compliance is being met.
? Assist the staff assigned with the trial to prepare, handle, distribute, file, and archive the clinical documentation of the trial.
? Assist to prepare, handle and distribute the Clinical Trial Supplies and maintain tracking information.
? To be the central contact of the clinical trial team in all communications, documentations and correspondence.
? May involve himself/herself in performing certain administrative functions as well to support the trial team.

Requirements:
? Minimum bachelor degree in clinical medicine or Life/Biological Sciences, Master degree preferred
? Good interpersonal relationship skills and team work ability
? Proactive and committed to seeing tasks through to completion
? Strong sense of responsibility
? Good Communication skills
? Good time management skills
? Quick learning
? Focus on Detail and administrative skills-documentation and filing of information
? Knowledge of PC (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, IT)
? Familiar with ICH GCP & Chinese GCP
