职位描述：
1. Operational wise, reports directly to NOV I&C Regional Manager for China on all matters relating to Health, Safety and Environmental issues.
2. Liaise between various NOV HSE coordinators, managers, and the I&C Regional Manager for China about all HSE related issues.
3. Immediately report all incidents to the NOV I&C Regional Manager by phone and follow-up with written report by e-mail.
4. Follow up all incidents to their conclusion, continuously providing updated information to the I&C Regional Manager via e-mail.
5. Possess very good skills in English, oral as well as written (to include reading and writing) in order to ensure there are no language problems in communicating with foreign colleagues.
6. Administer HSE programs and conduct training to cultivate Health Safety and Environmental awareness.
7. Identify/Document HSE trainings/plans for employees when necessary according to their positions, responsibilities, significant aspects, regulations and other requirements.
8. Provide site HSE support at various I&C project sites throughout China. Includes task such as (but not limited to).
9. Liaise between I&C managers, I&C team members, and rig building yard and/or customer.
10. Perform site safety inspections/audits.
11. Provide verbal feedback to I&C Site and Regional Manager at completion of each site survey/visit in regards to issues, concerns and any other pertinent information.
12. Provide verbal and written report to I&C Site and Regional Manager at completion of each site survey/visit in regards to issues, concerns and any other pertinent information.
13. Assist to I&C Site Manager with incident investigation and root cause analysis. Review and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
14.Advise site team on HSE matters, with regards to local legislation, rig building yard and NOV regulations.
15. Other duties as directed by NOV I&C Regional Manager.

1. College degree, major in safety, environmental, or other relevant majors. (May be waved dependent upon practical/professional experience).
2. At least two years experience in safety inspection and safety management in specific areas: machinery production, electrical, welding, cutting, hoisting etc.
3. Rich on-site safety management experience in petrochemical project or machinery production company.
