要 求：
1. University degree majored in mechanics or electronics related
2. At least 3 years of experience in production management positions, copper cable production experience is preferred
3. Strong ability to people management
4. Basic knowledge of cable technology
5. Good understanding of all LF cable related quality issues as well as quality tool/system ISO TS 16949 or ISO 9000
6. Familiar with ERP system
7. Good English both in oral and written is a must
8. Good computer skill for Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.
9. Able to work in a team with good communication skill, structured approach to work, open, creative
10. Good consciousness of EHS, Quality, 5S, and site management
11. Can work on shift

职 责：
Be in charge of LF Cable production responsibility in accordance with the current status of the GMS in the Intranet for LF Cable make.
To arrange and monitor daily LF Cable production and make sure the quality and quantity to meet production work order and customer requirement.
Train and educate operators for skill improvement and enhancement of product knowledge.
In line with TQM, every employee is fully responsible for his or her own work. For the purpose of continuous improvement, we regularly check our processes and initiate measures to eliminate any weaknesses. All activities are focused on our customers in line with our mission to solve customer problems
Supports and coordinates the process / maintenance engineer, and work together on Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and divergences (CATS) investigation.
