POSITION SUMMARY
Our client is a medium sized German manufacturing technology expert for gears and transmission components.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring integrate and complete financial records, including transaction processing, reconciliations and the establishment of accounting processes and policies;
• Monitor the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, internal controls Procedures and internal audit recommendation in the Business unit;
• To manage the book-keeping, reporting and analysis and cash flow of the company;
• Collect the updated national and local law on accounting, taxation, foreign exchange and international trader, report the changes and give professional suggestions to top management in China;
• Set up and improve the accounting system and internal finance control system;
• Closely work with Finance team, deal with the team management;
• Liaise with local authorities, such as SAFE, Tax Bureau & auditors;
• Other related finance work.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree major in accountancy or finance.
• Chinese GAAP and US GAAP knowledge
• Ten years work experience in finance including 2 years management experience
• Solid experience in manufacturing environment, manufacturing accounting, costing is a must
• Knowledge about ERP system; experience with SAP will be a plus
• Fluent spoken English and be able to work in English-speaking environment.
• Be familiar with national and local law.
• Good communication skills both with other departments within our organization and our customers, government, etc.
