职位描述：

Background：

This job is for a fortune 500 company with its global IT delivery center in Nanjing. You will work with your global peers to provide world-class IT service to its internal customers. This job requires strong IT skill as well as English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical resolution of incidents reported by the Service Desk, the customer and/or from the monitoring tool;

2. Main point of contact for incidents on his/her area of expertise (e.g. networks, hosting, workplace, packaging);

3. Reports on progress to service desk agent;

4. Delivers day-to-day services e.g. capacity management, release management, application management, backup, new device onboarding, etc.;

5. Delivers solutions within defined performance agreements;

6. Hands over incidents when needed;

7. Handles change requests for ICT infrastructure issues by following working procedures;

8. Supports problem investigation within scope (establishes root causes);

9. Suggests structural solutions;

10. Suggests workarounds for problems;

11. Shares knowledge between shifts and different service groups;

12. Works on projects (not all IT Engineers).

General Requirements:

? BA/BA+/Masters degree in ICT;

? English (oral & written);

? Team player;

? In depth technical software background;

? Programming knowledge;

? Project management skills;

? Analytical skills to analyze the software to solve problems (errors);

? In depth knowledge of the DICT Technical Infrastructure and interdependencies;

? In depth Knowledge and experience in own discipline;

? General knowledge and experience in other disciplines;

? Knowledge of the DSM businesses, global geographical spread and functional and geographical relations;

? In depth and thorough knowledge and experience in the technologies within the scope of GEMS. Generic knowledge of Microsoft based environments;

? Knowledge of ITIL service management, procedures and processes;

? Knowledge and experience of design principles within the scope of GEMS;

? Knowledge and experience of change management and development methods.

Details Requirements:

? Workplace (Windows 7 Level 3 Support):

? Solid knowledge of Windows 7 infrastructure

? Knowledge of Microsoft scripting (VBS, PowerShell)

? Experience on MDT/OSD and patch management in SCCM infrastructure

? Experience on troubleshooting in enterprise environment

? Infrastructure Designing Experience

Workplace (Citrix Level 3 Support):

? Solid knowledge of Citrix products such as XenApp, XenDesktop, Provisioning, etc.

? Knowledge of VDI

? Knowledge of AppSense is preferred

? Knowledge of Microsoft App-V is preferred

? Knowledge of Hardware firewall (Juniper, NetScaler, etc.) is preferred

? Experience on Citrix Enterprise Infrastructure management and troubleshooting

? Project experience on IT infrastructure

? Infrastructure Designing Experience

Workplace (Application Packaging Level 3):

? Solid knowledge of Application Packaging in SCCM infrastructure

? Solid knowledge of Microsoft App-V

? Knowledge of SCCM (Software Distribution, Reporting, etc.)

? Knowledge of Microsoft scripting (VBS, PowerShell) is preferred

? Experience on package troubleshooting in enterprise environment

Workplace (AppSense Level 3):

? Solid knowledge of AppSense Product (version 7.2 and above) in enterprise environment (Configuration, Deployment & Policy Management)

? Knowledge of Microsoft scripting (VBS)

? Experience on troubleshooting in enterprise environment

? Infrastructure Designing Experience

Workplace (Office 365 Level 3):

? Solid knowledge of Office 365 Exchange Functionality

? Knowledge of Microsoft scripting (PowerShell)

? Knowledge of Office 365 Lync/Sharepoint Functionalities are preferred

? Experience on troubleshooting in enterprise environment (Complex Hybrid Environment)

? Infrastructure Designing Experience

Workplace (SCCM Level 3):

? Solid knowledge of SCCM in enterprise environment (Installing, Configuring, Implementing & Packaging) (3 years+ experience with SCCM)

? Knowledge of MS SQL is preferred

? Experience on troubleshooting in enterprise environment

? Infrastructure Designing

Workplace (Lync Level 3):

? Solid knowledge of Lync (Installing, Configuring & Implementing)

? Solid knowledge of MS OCS is preferred

? Knowledge of MS SQL is preferred

? Experience on troubleshooting in enterprise environment
