Job Title:Operations Supervisor（营运主任）

Reporting Relationships
Direct Manager: Operation Director
Direct Reports: Site security personel


Location:Beijing, China

Objective:
The Operations Officer is responsible for the general supervision of all duties at the time of his shift. In the absence of the Operation Manager, he will assume command and to take immediate actions in an efficient manner.

Accountabilities
Supervision and monitoring of duties, including operational, welfare, administrative and disciplinary activities of his operational staff by monitoring individual performance.
Maximizing retention of staff.
Liaison with the Duty Controller and Post Guards regarding deployment of duties to ensure contracted coverage is achieved.
Ensure all security guards are properly dressed and carry with them the necessary equipment as required according to the contract requirement whilst on duty and providing on-the-job training to guards.
Attend scene of events, incidents or complaints are dealt with in a timely manner and taking immediate action, subsequently report to Operations Manager.
Ensure all staffs are familiar with the Post Standing Orders (PSO) and a high standard of discipline.
Any other tasks directed by the Operations Director.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
High School or above.
At least 2 years relevant working experience in Security Industry or Discipline force experience is preferred.
Driving license is a must.
Strong interpersonal skill.
Good communication and influencing skill.
Good organization skill.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Good team leader and team player.
Integrity and self-disciplined.
Details oriented.
Stable and can work under pressure.
Simple English in both written and oral.
